These terms cover how ordering from us works. By sending an order request you agree to them.
Orders are requests: Submitting the form sends us a request — it is not a confirmed order until we reply to confirm availability and the final quote.
Prices: Prices are shown in US Dollars and are indicative. The final price is confirmed when we reply, and may vary for custom work.
Custom orders: Custom and tiered cakes may require a deposit and a lead time. Details are agreed with you directly, usually over WhatsApp.
Availability: All items are subject to availability. If something is unavailable we will suggest an alternative.
Allergens: Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten and eggs. Please tell us about any allergies before ordering. We cannot guarantee any item is completely free of allergens.
Delivery and pickup: Delivery or pickup is arranged per order. Any times given are estimates.
Changes and cancellations: To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Custom orders close to the delivery date may not be changeable.
